Office Manager

Having left school at 16 Sharon went straight into the financial services industry working locally at Barclays Bank.

Moving to the Nationwide after 2 years, she was promoted to local office manager and stayed with them for a further 6 years. She then moved to Bradford & Bingley in 1989.

During her lengthy employment at Bradford & Bingley she set up the Sussex Mortgage Centre, gained FPI and II qualifications, and was promoted to the Branch Manager of their Hove office.

Post maternity leave she worked as an Independent Mortgage Advisor, and then moved into mortgage administration, supporting a team of their top advisors.

Having accepted redundancy from Bradford & Bingley following yet another internal restructure, she decided to take some time out to spend with her young family.

Luckily, Stiles & Company Financial Services Limited was first in line when she began to think about returning to work part time, and was able to persuade her to join them in September of 2005.
